Welcome to SteadyDay™. By downloading, installing, or using the SteadyDay™ mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

SteadyDay™ is a caregiving companion application that allows users to log daily factors related to the care of individuals with dementia or cognitive decline. The App provides tracking tools, pattern recognition, predictive insights, and shareable reports to support informed caregiving decisions.

2. Not a Medical Device

SteadyDay™ is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice. The predictions, insights, and reports generated by the App are based on user-entered data and published research correlations. They are intended to support caregiving awareness, not to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

All content, features, and functionality of SteadyDay™, including but not limited to the prediction algorithm, user interface design, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of SteadyDay™ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "SteadyDay" is a trademark of SteadyDay™.

6. Family Sharing

SteadyDay™ allows you to invite family members to collaborate on a shared care profile. By inviting others, you consent to sharing the care logging data within that profile with those individuals. You are responsible for ensuring that all invited members understand and agree to these Terms.

Your use of SteadyDay™ is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SteadyDay™ is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions will be accurate. The accuracy of insights depends on the completeness and accuracy of user-entered data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SteadyDay™ and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to damages related to caregiving decisions made based on App-generated insights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting support@steadyday.co. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of SteadyDay™ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
