What is SteadyDay™?

SteadyDay™ is a caregiving companion app that helps you log daily factors like sleep, meals, hydration, behaviors, and activities for a loved one with dementia. Over time, it reveals patterns and generates predictions to help you provide better, more informed care.

Is SteadyDay™ a medical device?

No. SteadyDay™ is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment recommendations. It is a caregiving awareness tool backed by published research. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

How does the prediction engine work?

SteadyDay™ tracks 9 daily factors (sleep, nutrition, hydration, stimulation, social interaction, pain, routine consistency, sugar intake, and yesterday's outcome) and uses research-backed weightings to generate a daily outlook prediction. The engine requires at least 3 days of data to begin producing predictions, and accuracy improves over time.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. SteadyDay™ uses industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest) and does not collect Protected Health Information (PHI). We never sell or share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can my family members use the app together?

Yes. SteadyDay™ supports family collaboration through cloud sync. You can invite siblings, spouses, or other caregivers to share a care profile so everyone stays informed and can contribute to daily logging.

Can I share reports with my loved one's doctor?

Absolutely. SteadyDay™ generates detailed PDF reports with weekly summaries, factor breakdowns, and trend data that you can share directly with healthcare providers to support more informed care conversations.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and all associated data through the Settings screen in the app, or by emailing support@steadyday.co. We will process your request promptly.
